TinQ Nederland B.V. (hereinafter referred to as TinQ) respects the privacy of visitors to the website, in particular visitors' rights with regard to the automated processing of personal data. In the interests of full transparency towards our customers, we have therefore formulated and implemented a policy concerning such processing, the purposes thereof, and the options available to data subjects to exercise their rights as effectively as possible.

TinQ processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Your data will be used exclusively for these purposes and will not be retained for longer than necessary. TinQ takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
Article 8 - Sharing personal data with third parties
In the event of a breach of any law or regulation of which the visitor is suspected, and for which the authorities require personal data collected by the administrator, such data will be provided to them following an explicit and reasoned request from those authorities. These personal data will then no longer fall under the protection of the provisions of this privacy statement.
If certain information is necessary in order to access specific functionalities of the website, the controller will indicate the mandatory nature of this information at the time the data is requested.
Article 9 - Your rights regarding your data
Pursuant to Article 13(2)(b) of the GDPR, everyone has the right to access, rectify or erase their personal data or restrict the processing concerning them, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Any such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document, using the Dutch government's KopieID app, bearing your signature and stating the address at which you can be contacted.
You will receive a response to your request within 1 month of submitting it. Depending on the complexity and number of requests, this period may, if necessary, be extended by 2 months.
Article 10 - Commercial offers
You may receive commercial offers from the administrator. If you no longer wish to receive them, you can unsubscribe via the email received.
If, during your visit to the website, you encounter any personal data, you must refrain from collecting it or from any other unauthorised use, as well as from any act that constitutes an infringement of the privacy of the person or persons concerned.
The administrator is in no circumstances responsible in the above situations. It is advisable to report the above via privacy@enviem.nl.

TinQ does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We apply the following retention periods:
- Customer data: for as long as there is a customer relationship
- Invoice data: 7 years
- Contact requests: 2 years
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
