Blending
Our blending department is the heart of our operation. This is the place where our blending professionals turn base oils and additives into our end-product: customer specific lubricants of the highest quality. With our extensive production capacity, advanced blending systems and expertise, the possibilities are wide.
Packaging
As soon as the blending process is finished, the end-product can be packed in different sized packages at our production department. Whether it is a 1 liter can for consumers or a drum for companies, our seven semi-automatic filling lines guarantee a fast and appropriate packaging, sealed, stickered and wrapped.
Logistics
Supplying high-quality lubricants starts with a smooth production process. The next step is to make sure that the carefully blended products reach their destination quickly and efficiently: again, a service of Transnational Blenders. For marine, our bunkering vessels are 24/7 available for deliveries in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Antwerpen. Furthermore, we have internal and external warehousing facilities, in which we can store up to 5,600 pallets of lubricants and additives.
Laboratory
The TNB-laboratory is an essential part of our company. Here we make sure that the quality of our products meets our high standards. Both individual components and blended products are tested, and samples are kept for a considerable period. Furthermore, our laboratory performs oil analyses for customers, develops new formulas and offers support in case of necessary (field) tests.

The QHSE department focuses on Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment. We make sure that we comply with all related Dutch and European laws and regulations.
For example, the safe storage of our lubricants and ensuring the quality of our packing materials. Furthermore, we comply with the quality standards of our suppliers and are proud of achieving the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification.
